Terms of Service

1. The service

LeadThreads is software that helps agencies review lead history, identify leads that were never properly followed up, draft follow-up messages for human review, and record outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything sent from your workspace.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account details, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity in your workspace. You must be able to enter into a contract on behalf of your business.

3. Subscriptions and billing

LeadThreads is sold as a monthly subscription. Prices are shown on our pricing page and charged in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. If a payment fails, access may be limited until payment succeeds. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

4. Your lead data and outreach

You keep ownership of the data you upload or connect. You confirm that you have the legal right and any consent required to upload, store, process and contact the people in that data, and that your use of LeadThreads complies with applicable marketing, email, telecoms and privacy laws, including honouring opt-out requests. You are the sender of any message you approve, and you are responsible for its content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use LeadThreads for unlawful content, purchased or scraped contact lists without a lawful basis, spam, misleading claims, or attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and improve it over time, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may change or remove features. Support is provided by email.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LeadThreads is provided as is, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by law. After termination we may delete your workspace data after a reasonable period.
